• Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named Bee credito

• Application Store means the digital distribution service operated and developed by Apple Inc. (Apple App Store) or Google Inc. (Google Play Store) in which the Application has been downloaded.

• Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where "control" means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.

• Country refers to: Mexico

• Company (Limón Tesoro, S.A.P.I. de C.V., SOFOM, E.N.R.)

• Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.

• Service refers to the Application.

• Terms and Conditions (also referred as "Terms") mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.

• Third-party Social Media Service means any services or content (including data, information, products or services) provided by a third-party that may be displayed, included or made available by the Service.

• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Acknowledgment

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

Acceptance

By accessing the website or by registering and using the application, the user expressly indicates his complete and unreserved willingness to accept these terms, which are mandatory and binding, and if the user does not accept or does not agree to the loan agreement , or Bee credito's privacy statement, you must refrain from continuing to browse the website and use Limón Tesoro's services. In this sense, it is the user's responsibility to read and fully understand the following conditions before performing any action on the website or registering and performing any service on the application.

Use

• Any person who accesses the Limón Tesoro App or the website through the use of a computer, tablet, mobile phone or any other device with Internet access agrees not to use such devices, computer programs, software or in any other way that interferes or affect the functionality, with normal operation, and the Limón Tesoro information database

• The user agrees to use and access Limón Tesoro applications and websites correctly and in accordance with the law, and agrees not to use the services for illegal purposes and to the detriment of third parties, or in any way that may harm the Limón Tesoro platform services or interfere with other Limón Tesoro users.

• Limón Tesoro does not guarantee that applications and websites will work on all devices. It is also the user's responsibility to allow and enforce updates for correct and timely use of the application.

• Limón Tesoro may provide links to other websites or other third-party businesses over which Limón Tesoro has no control and is not responsible for the legality, availability, accessibility or information contained in their content.

• Limón Tesoro is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the content, products and services offered through any third-party website.

Record

• Any user who uses Limón Tesoro products and services must previously register through the application, through which a username and password are created.

• When registering, the user must provide the following information: mobile phone number, identification information, company information and other data.

• Additionally, the user must specify and accept the Limón Tesoro agreement when completing registration and creating an account.

• Limón Tesoro sends SMS messages to verify the user's identity

• your personal data and sensitive information are processed in accordance with your current Privacy Agreement, a statement that will be provided to you at the time of registration and which you can access at any time on the Limón Tesoro platform

• In addition to the above, the user may authorize Limón Tesoro to send advertising related to the provision of the service for marketing purposes.

• Once the required data has been entered, the user will be authenticated by obtaining a verification code through a mobile phone number.

• The accounts are personal, unique and non-transferable and it is prohibited for the same user to register or be the owner of more than one account. If Limón Tesoro detects an account containing the same or related data and different accounts, Limón Tesoro reserves the right to cancel, suspend or deactivate the account without any liability.

Successful account registration

• The user will be able to access their personal account with the assigned username and password.

• The user agrees you promise to maintain the confidentiality of your password and to be responsible for all operations carried out on the account, since access to your account is restricted to those who know the password.

• Once registration is completed, the user accesses the account and can benefit from the financial services offered by Limón Tesoro, so it is necessary to fill out all the elements of the credit application form.

1. The user guarantees and undertakes that the data entered in the loan application is true, accurate and valid in all cases.

2. Authorization for data validation. The user acknowledges and agrees that Limón Tesoro may use various means to verify his or her identity and evaluate the accuracy of the personal information in the credit application.

3. Limón Tesoro reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the authenticity of the information entered by the User in the request and reserves the right not to provide services to Users who falsify the information.

4. Therefore, the User understands that acceptance of these terms and conditions does not imply any official service on the part of Bee credito, nor does it imply that credit has been or will be granted.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates and its and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the Service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade practice. Without limitation to the foregoing, the Company provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that the Service will meet Your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.

Without limiting the foregoing, neither the Company nor any of the company's provider makes any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied: (i) as to the operation or availability of the Service, or the information, content, and materials or products included thereon; (ii) that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (iii) as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or content provided through the Service; or (iv) that the Service, its servers, the content, or e-mails sent from or on behalf of the Company are free of viruses, scripts, trojan horses, worms, malware, timebombs or other harmful components.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain types of warranties or limitations on applicable statutory rights of a consumer, so some or all of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to You. But in such a case the exclusions and limitations set forth in this section shall be applied to the greatest extent enforceable under applicable law.

Governing Law

The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

Notice, jurisdiction and applicable law

The User acknowledges that his domicile is in Mexico and that non-Mexican users cannot use the services offered by the Platform. For the interpretation and application of these Terms, the parties expressly agree to comply with the laws and regulations in force in Mexico.

Having read and understood each of the terms and conditions, the user declares that he accepts and is bound by the content of these terms and conditions by using the website and the application

Disputes Resolution

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.

Severability and Waiver

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not effect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
